Description
Sweet little blouse, very feminine with ruffle edge to the armhole giving a little arm coverage.. Pleating at front neckline and the hem at front as well gives a blousy effect. Two layers of fabric at the front, very lightweight viscose chiffon type fabric over a viscose jersey. Super pretty and soft.
