This artwork is called 'Red Black Quilt' and this artist is living in New Hampshire. Her name is Sheree Burlington and maybe she is a quilter as well. Great warm colour with that fabulous inclusion of red.
Boat neck shaped tunic style with a split on one side of the hem at front. Beautiful tunic length would look great over a straight skirt as well as your narrow leg black jeans. The front top of the tunic is embellished with clear rhinestones that look just like water drops.

True to size. Easy shape. The fabric has stretch component so it is very comfortable to wear.
